2018
The AVER brand is founded and the first office is opened in the company founder’s living room. The first 6 real estate agents join. Membership in the host organization 'Business Network International' begins.
2019
AVER begins to exclusively represent the developer's first property in Jurmala, Rigas Street 49. 11 agents have already joined the company. Offices have been opened in Liepaja and Daugavpils.
2020
18 agents have already joined the company. AVER creates the tool adify.lv and releases it for public use. We move our office to Baznicas Street, Riga. We start cooperation with a charity organization "Bērnu rīts".
2021
AVER exclusively represents developers and projects such as SKYGARDEN, Rēdera nami, Kiepenholm, Amālijas 12. The AVER team has more than 35 real estate agents. AVER is becoming the most popular company in Latvia. AVER supports the "Bērnu rīts" foundation, sports clubs - MMA club in Riga, BK Saldus, Liepājas cīņu centrs, Dod pieci akci, Lizuma vidusskola scholarships.
2022
AVER is actively improving and developing, providing the opportunity to purchase a franchise outside the company to employees. AVER supports the "Bērnu rīts" foundation, sports clubs - MMA club in Riga, BK Saldus, Liepājas Cīņu Centrs, Dod pieci akci, Lizuma vidusskola scholarships.
2023
The AVER team has more than 50 real estate agents. There are 6 franchises, representing the entire territory of Latvia. We are moving to an office in the New Hanza premises, in Riga.
2024
We hold the leading position in the residential real estate market as the largest and most recommended real estate agency in Latvia. The company is represented throughout Latvia with offices in Riga, Jelgava, Cesis, Liepaja, Daugavpils, Rezekne. In total, the AVER brand is represented by more than 65 real estate agents.

On August 29, AVER Zemgale, together with Artis Zeiļa from Citadele Bank, visited TestDevLab to participate in a personal growth seminar, the topic of which this time was real estate.
