What is a franchise?

A franchise is a business model where the franchisor licenses its knowledge, IT systems, business procedures, intellectual property, business model, brand and the right to sell services. Homework: using the AVER financial model, prepare your vision of how big a business could be made and evaluate the potential of the business opportunity (2-3 days)

A meeting during which we analyze the candidate's financial expectations and discuss business start-up costs, company policy/internal rules (1 day)

A meeting where I present everything about the AVER package (included) (1 day)

Homework: watch a video about (CRM, brandbook, onboarding, marketing plan, AML robot, Lead generation, web page, agent and manager training, adify.lv, manual, document package, research bot, linked in bot, 40h certificates) (3 days)

Visiting existing teams to familiarize themselves with our: weekly meetings, weekly training and bonding events, cold calling sessions and role playing sessions. (7 days)

Homework: read the franchise agreement and prepare comments or questions. Call at least 3 franchisees to find out their opinion about AVER.

Selection of the territory and joint review of the contract (1 day)
