AVER has several teams that have team leaders. The leader's task is to judge a person not by past experience, results or mistakes, but to be able to see the potential that lies dormant in people and what they can achieve in the future.

Who are not our clients?
We value honesty and expect the same from our partners. Individuals who simply want to “try selling,” those without a clear goal or motivation to successfully realize a property, are not typically AVER clients. Our clients also do not include those unwilling to enter into a written agreement for exclusive collaboration or to agree on appropriate compensation for quality service. Furthermore, our clients cannot be anyone who is unable or unwilling to complete the full KYC/AML procedure or for whom the process yields a negative outcome.
Why is an exclusive agreement necessary?
You have the right to expect and demand results from us. We choose to work only with clients who are committed to achieving results; therefore, AVER does not provide services without an exclusive agreement. We are sales professionals ready to take full responsibility for our work. Often, it is difficult to achieve optimal results when multiple, sometimes less experienced, intermediaries are involved simultaneously. Agents typically work on a percentage-based commission, and in a non-exclusive agreement, there is a greater incentive to sell a property quickly rather than to secure the best possible price. By working exclusively, we are motivated to offer the property to other trusted partners within our database. In contrast, under a non-exclusive agreement, an agent may attempt to withhold the property from other agents to avoid creating competition.
