In 2021, the first AVER office in Kurzeme opened its doors in Liepāja.

Each following year, it continued to grow and expand, achieving new sales records while serving AVER clients throughout the Kurzeme region.

By 2025, “AVER Kurzeme” as a franchise has strengthened its position in the Kurzeme region, providing high-quality and accessible service by bringing together several real estate agents operating in various cities across Kurzeme.
