Legal education and experience help me approach each real estate sale process in much more detail, delving into its documentation and immediately recognizing potential obstacles to the successful realization of the property, if any.

I joined the AVER team on March 1, 2020 – as the only agent in Kurzeme, in 2021 we opened the first office in Liepaja, on November 28, 2021 I signed a franchise agreement and started developing the company in the Kurzeme region, in 2023 AVER Kurzeme worked in a team of 8 agents with three active offices in Liepaja, Saldus and Talsi. In 2024, we continue to grow and develop, reaching new sales records, serving our customers in the Kurzeme region.
