I started working at AVER in 2021 as an agent, and from 2022 I became the head of the AVER Real Estate sales team and the Team leader of my team. I currently have 3 agents in my team that I train and mentor.
Before AVER, I worked in sales. I have two higher educations, obtained at Rīga Stradiņš University – a bachelor’s degree in social sciences in communication science and a master’s degree (in business management and the professional qualification – manager of companies and institutions), as well as the professional development education program “Practical Marketing” at the University of Latvia.
I am a member of BNI Londonderry.
After training agents and conducting several job interviews, I realized that only selected people can become Nee’s agent. The most important thing to be a real estate agent, in my opinion, is to have a manager’s mindset, belief in oneself, sales, communication skills, empathy and understanding, perseverance, resilience and motivation, as well as organizational skills.
Professional, personal and spiritual growth is important to me, as well as continuous self-development and improvement, big goals and ambitions. I am inspired by the business environment of AVER and BNI, people and new contacts that constantly open new doors. And it is very important to think positively, to see the good everywhere, and then we shall attract great people, new opportunities, success and business! I believe that our thoughts create our reality.
