Melisa Plikšķe

I have been working at AVER since January 1, 2022. I believe that a good real estate agent must be patient, persistent, disciplined and result-oriented in order to achieve the highest goals and provide the best service to clients.

Before AVER, I received higher education at Riga Stradiņš University in the field of public health, which gives me a chance to look at situations from a different perspective. Also before joining AVER, I worked as a real estate agent, therefore, I have a good understanding of the real estate market and have developed sales skills. Before the field of real estate, I worked as a waiter for many years, where I learned how to perfectly solve any problem situation, communicate with customers and work quickly and carefully.
