The most important thing for me in this industry is not to make money, but to help owners sell their properties so that they can spend time with family, friends and travel. I get a sense of achievement from seeing my customers happy and satisfied. When I sold a lady’s apartment, she was skeptical that she would even get the amount indicated in the ad, but I even managed to raise the price by 13% above the market value, the commission was no longer important here, the important thing was to see how happy she was that we were able to sell and raise the price even higher.
