An online survey, in which members of the largest real estate group on Facebook in Latvia provided answers, concluded that the average property buyer spends 1.5 years looking at ads, dedicating more than 70 hours to it on the Internet. Most often, people answered that they look at ads 2-3 times a day for 5-10 minutes.
The company has been engaged in brokerage and investment in the real estate sector so far, but, following the digitalization trends, is developing several real estate-related platforms. Their goal is to enable people to make decisions based on easily understandable data. “We have studied the market situation in Lithuania and Estonia, and we see great opportunities to improve the market situation in neighboring countries for property, car and job seekers with digital products,” adds Deivids Barons.
