Sales Leader Job Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment

  • Create and publish job postings on job listing platforms
  • Post vacancy announcements on social media
  • Organize and conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidates’ completed tasks
  • Maintain the necessary number of agents in the team

Research Review and Feedback

  • Review apartment research and provide feedback
  • Review house research and provide feedback
  • Review land plot research and provide feedback

Research review and feedback

  • Call with the property owner
  • First meeting with the owner
  • Second meeting with the owner
  • Incoming call from a buyer
  • Property presentation to a buyer

Agent shadows the team leader

  • Agent accompanies the leader to the first meeting with the owner
  • Agent accompanies the leader to the second meeting with the owner
  • Agent accompanies the leader to the property presentation

Team leader shadows the agent and provides feedback

  • Leader listens to the agent’s cold call and provides feedback
  • Leader accompanies the agent to their first meeting with the owner and provides feedback
  • Leader accompanies the agent to their second meeting with the owner and provides feedback
  • Leader accompanies the agent to their property presentation and provides feedback

Coaching

  • At least one-hour meeting with an agent to discuss their results, goals, and growth
  • Daily morning calls to review the previous day’s results and actions taken
  • Leader listens to agent recordings from meetings or calls and provides feedback
  • Leader accompanies the agent to their property presentation and provides feedback

Additional Tasks

  • The team leader conducts Monday meetings and prepares presentations and content
  • The team leader conducts or organizes training sessions
  • The team leader organizes and conducts team-building events

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform real estate agent duties in cases involving VIP clients and complex transactions
  • Train and prepare real estate agents (ensuring they can pass exams and provide high-level client service)
  • Conduct company and personal marketing to attract new clients
  • Coordinate incoming client distribution among real estate agents
  • Analyze real estate agents’ research and approve them before presentation to clients
  • Lead Monday meetings
  • Organize Friday training sessions (three times a month) and create schedules or arrange team-building events (once a month)
  • Organize and conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with agents (twice a month)
  • Maintain the “victory ritual” tradition (Sales Bell, Gong, etc.)
  • Publicly award the best employee of the month during a team meeting
  • Provide all necessary support to real estate agents—verbally, through contacts, and with advice to facilitate deal closures
  • Take initiative in all activities that contribute to new client inflow, process efficiency, and company and agent recognition
  • Perform quality control to ensure agents complete tasks according to AVER standards
  • Receive and organize team documents—contracts, invoices, reports, and other documents for storage and archiving
  • Prepare reports on team revenues, expenses, and completed work
  • Provide reports to company management
