Agent's job responsibilities:

  • Survey potential clients’ properties
  • Conduct market research according to company standards
  • Prepare and design research according to company standards
  • Consult company clients in real estate transactions
  • Present research results and AVER to company property owners
  • Prepare and conclude cooperation agreements with clients on behalf of the company
  • Prepare property visually and aesthetically, and organize photo/video shooting at client properties
  • Obtain information about the property, fill out a property inspection questionnaire and submit it to an assistant
  • Organize marketing of client properties on Facebook pages, groups, city24.lv,
  • ss.com, open days, banners, email campaigns, using cooperation partners, etc. resources
  • Answer the buyer’s questions, send requested information
  • Prepare a visual and aesthetic presentation of the property and organize presentations of the objects to potential buyers
  • Obtain information and documents from all parties involved in the transaction and organize the signing of a down payment, purchase, lease and other contracts or documents that facilitate the transaction
  • Organize meetings at the bank, notary, construction authority, State Land Service, Land Registry or other instances necessary for the conclusion of the transaction
  • Attract cooperation partners – architects, lenders, builders, designers, surveyors, tax consultants and other experts to facilitate the conclusion of the transaction
  • Monitor the progress of the transaction and facilitate its progress
  • Send clients an invoice for brokerage services and issue an invoice to SIA AVER for the agent’s share of the remuneration
  • Arrive on time for weekly meetings at 9:00 on Mondays and weekly training at 10:00 on Fridays.
  • Independently learn the company’s sales processes, the course of the transaction, follow market trends, educate yourself in legislation and real estate transactions
  • Perform self- and company marketing activities to the minimum specified
  • volume and register activities in the CRM system
  • Every day by 17:00, provide reports on the work done to the team manager and enter data into the CRM system
